Pricing Explanation

All pricing on website is estimated, it could increase based on factors such as: dog temperament, coat condition, time since last groom, matting, etc. Tax is not included in price. Approx. pet sizes: 0-19 small, 20-49 medium, 50-74 large, 75-89 extra large, 90+lbs. XXL.

Mats/Shave Downs/Deshedding

De-Matting, de-shedding and Shave Downs are charged as follows: $2 per minute rounded up to the nearest 5 minute mark with a $15 minimum. This is a slow process and takes lots of focus and extra energy from the groomer. If a dog is very matted the groomer will be very tired afterwards.

Appointment Time Disclaimer

We are mobile only groomers. Due to this fact, when we set an appointment it is a range, not on the dot. For example a 2pm appointment could start as early as 1:30 or as late as 2:30. We are mobile and there is no way to give an exact time. Every day is different, every dog is different. While we have many consistent customers, sometimes we run into a dog at our first appointment at 8:30 am and it's matted and takes the groomer an extra hour to finish. That will push off all other customers for the rest of the day. Mats are hard to see sometimes and the groomer can get into the middle of de-matting and realize it's way worse than originally thought. Therefore our appointment times are windows not "on the dot".

Late Fees

When we let you know that you dog will be done in 15 minutes, you will be charged an additional $1 for every minute past that.
